Unauthorized Hint App Payments After Canceling — Request Refund and Stop

Even though I canceled my Hint App subscription, the company has been charging my credit card without permission for the past two months, totaling ₺751. I do not want to start legal action, but I’m asking for this issue to be resolved immediately.
I have already canceled my subscription, yet unauthorized payments are still being withdrawn. This is unacceptable and against consumer rights. I’m formally requesting that my subscription be terminated immediately and that no further charges be made to my account.
