Hint App Charged My Credit Card Without Subscription or Consent

Even though I never subscribed to the Hint App, a subscription fee of $38 was charged to my DenizBank credit card without my knowledge or consent on December 13, 2025. I did not start any subscription through the app, did not select any plan, and did not give approval for this transaction under any circumstances.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted my bank, Akbank, and requested that my card be canceled and reissued. The disputed charge is clearly visible on my credit card statement, and I have written proof, including transaction receipts and official statements.
I demand that this unauthorized charge be refunded to me immediately, that my Hint App account be permanently closed, and that my credit card information be permanently deleted from their systems. I do not accept money being withdrawn from my card without my consent, and I request that this matter be urgently investigated and that I receive a clear, written response.

On 01.03.2026, the refund of the money was processed to my Akbank account.
