Hintapp Unauthorized Subscription

On 28/03/2026, a charge of $48.99 was taken from my CommBank Mastercard by a merchant identified as hintapp.com/au. I have never signed up for any service or subscription with this company, and I do not own any Apple products or use any Apple-related services. I did not consent to this transaction and believe it to be an unauthorized charge. I request that this payment be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment associated with my card through hintapp.com/au be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are made. I also ask for this transaction to be investigated as potentially fraudulent.
