Hint App Unauthorized Charge and Refund Process

On Wednesday, 25 February, an unauthorized transaction was made on my bank card by HINTAPP.COM.AU in the amount of $50.76 at 4:26 PM via EFTPOS. I did not approve or knowingly initiate any subscription or payment to Hintapp, yet the charge appears on my statement with the description “HINTAPP.COM.AU FOR $50.76 @ 4:26PM VIA EFTPOS. DATE WEDNESDAY 25 FEBRUARY.” Following this, I contacted my bank, and they advised me to get in touch directly with Hintapp regarding this unauthorized charge. I am very uncomfortable that a subscription and payment seem to have been created or processed without my clear consent. I request a full refund of the $50.76 deducted from my card and the immediate cancellation of any existing or potential subscription associated with my details, along with written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
