Today, I noticed a charge of 29.99 on my PayPal account from Hintapp for a subscription that I was not aware of and did not knowingly authorize. I did not knowingly start any subscription with Hintapp, and I do not know what this service is or how this subscription was activated. As soon as I realized the situation, I canceled the subscription so that no further payments would be taken. However, this charge was made without my clear consent, and I consider it an unauthorized transaction. I request that the 29.99 taken from my PayPal account be fully refunded and that the subscription associated with my account remain permanently canceled so that no further charges are made.
