Recently, I noticed a charge of 29.99 USD on my bank card from “Hintapp.com/bt 69 OMEGA dr” dated 04/06/2026. I have never knowingly subscribed to any service from this company and was not informed about any paid subscription linked to my card. This payment was taken without my clear knowledge or consent. I request that the full amount of 29.99 USD be refunded to me and that any existing subscription or recurring payment connected to my card with Hintapp.com be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are made in the future. I kindly ask you to investigate this unauthorized transaction, confirm the cancellation of all subscriptions under my details, and return the charged amount to my account as soon as possible.
