Hilton Garden Inn Ankara Room Temperature Was Unbearable

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ankara Gimat on April 13, 2024, and the room temperature was extremely uncomfortable, ranging between 30-35°C. When I contacted the front desk, they informed me that the hotel was in winter mode and the air conditioning system would only blow hot air, even when turned on. They suggested opening the window, but this did nothing to alleviate the excessive heat.

The high temperature made my stay unbearable, and I even experienced elevated blood pressure due to the heat. This is unacceptable for a brand like Hilton, which prides itself on guest comfort. I expect Hilton to address this issue promptly and ensure their climate control system is operational in all seasons.
