Gold Bracelet Left at Hilton Garden Inn Damaged and Returned in Pieces

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Atatürk Airport on July 6, 2024, in room 1806. The next day, on my way back, I realized I had left my gold bracelet in the room. I contacted the hotel immediately and was informed that they had found the bracelet but that it was damaged. They assured me it would be shipped to me.
Yesterday, I received the package, only to find my bracelet—previously left intact beside the TV—returned in several broken pieces. This has completely shattered my trust in Hilton’s professionalism and care for their guests’ belongings. I demand compensation for the damage and expect Hilton to take full responsibility for this situation. Please address this issue urgently.
