I checked into the Hilton Garden Inn on August 30, 2024, only to find my room in an unacceptable state. It was not clean, and there was a dead bug behind the door. Although I forgot to mention it immediately, I requested room cleaning the next day, August 31.
When I returned to my room that evening, I expected it to be clean, but the dead bug was still in the exact same spot. This level of negligence is shocking and unacceptable. Despite their supposed cleaning, the room remained far from satisfactory. Adding insult to injury, the hotel sent fruit as an apology, which felt insincere and inadequate.
I have recorded the incident and will escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking cleanliness and responsibility. Hilton Garden Inn must take accountability and address this issue immediately.
