Hilton Garden Inn Safranbolu and Hotels.com Failed to Adjust Booking Dates

On August 12, 2024, I booked a 2-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Safranbolu through Hotels.com for August 31 to September 2, 2024. Due to a meeting on September 2, I contacted the hotel to adjust my reservation by moving it one day earlier. The hotel informed me that since the reservation was made through Hotels.com, they needed an email request from the site to make any changes. Hotels.com later sent me an email confirming that the hotel had agreed to modify the booking without any penalty.

However, when I called the hotel today, they claimed they never received such an email. For 14 days, I’ve been trying to reschedule my reservation, but neither the hotel nor Hotels.com is helping resolve this issue. I expect immediate action to correct my booking and provide better coordination between both parties.
