I Face Overpriced Stay and Car Damage at Hilton Due to Poor Communication

Dear Sir or Madam,

On July 8, 2025, at around 2:40 AM, I arrived at your hotel as a guest. Although there were standard rooms available online, I was directed to stay in Room 1605, a suite priced at ₺20,000 — far higher than usual. Compared to rates on other days and at other Hilton properties, it was clear that the staff took advantage of the late-night timing, assuming guests had no choice but to accept the inflated price.

When I entered the room to rest, I found that it was not hygienic. There was an unpleasant odor, and the ventilation system produced both noise and a bad smell. Because of these conditions, I had to leave the room around 6:10 AM.

In addition, no one informed me that the hotel’s garage was not suitable for large vehicles. As a result, while entering the underground parking area, my car was damaged due to scraping against the walls. If the staff had warned me that the entrance was narrow and not ideal for large vehicles, I would have parked outside and avoided the damage. The garage’s narrow design and lack of protective wall padding make it unsafe, and my vehicle suffered significant damage as a result.

This experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and does not align with Hilton’s standards of guest satisfaction.
