Hertz Car Rental Deposit Refund Delayed from Abu Dhabi
I rented a car from Hertz in Abu Dhabi, but unfortunately, I am unable to receive a refund for my deposit. I've reached out to customer service and provided all the necessary documents, but I have yet to receive a response. Whenever I reach out to them via phone, they always assure me that they will respond and kindly request that I send them an email. I've sent an email, but I haven't received a response yet. What course of action should I take? Is it necessary for me to attend court in order to assert my rights?
