Hertz Rent a Car Failure to Provide Paid Vehicle and Unjust Extra Charge
I prepaid the full rental fee for a 12-day booking with Hertz Rent a Car, but the vehicle I paid for was never delivered. Instead, I was pressured into accepting a different car, which I did not want. This feels like a deliberate and unfair practice. On top of that, an additional unjust fee was charged to me without proper explanation.
In the past, with another rental company, I faced a similar situation, but they provided me with a different car at the same price with no issues. Hertz, however, had me sign documents I did not fully understand and left me financially and emotionally dissatisfied.
I demand the immediate refund of the extra charges and either the delivery of the vehicle I originally paid for or a fair resolution to compensate for this misconduct.
