I purchased Hermes Barennia from Zorlu Center, expecting the same high quality I experienced with previous purchases from Boyner and Sephora. The fragrance used to last for days, with everyone noticing and asking about it. However, the product I received this time from Sevil is completely different.

It has no lasting power—nobody even notices the scent anymore. It feels like a cheap refill bottle rather than the premium fragrance I paid for. This is extremely disappointing, given the price and my trust in the brand.

I demand assistance in resolving this issue and verifying the product’s authenticity. It’s unacceptable to pay for a luxury perfume that fails to meet the expected quality standards.
