Hermes Terre Perfume Fades Within 5 Minutes, No Help from Customer Service

I purchased a Hermes Terre perfume from 101 Extra, but the scent completely disappears within five minutes of application. It’s as if I didn’t apply anything at all. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they stated they couldn’t help with the issue.

I find this unacceptable, especially considering the reputation and price of the brand. Before filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, I am reaching out here in hopes of a resolution. I expect a prompt response from the company to address this issue and either provide a replacement or refund. Customers deserve better quality and support for such products.
