Disappointed with Lack of Gifts for My Sephora Purchase

I recently spent ₺7,300 on a perfume from Sephora, expecting a premium shopping experience. However, the only gift included was a small hair care product with a mini bag, which was already being given to customers spending ₺6,000. There were no additional samples, perfumes, or makeup products accompanying my purchase, despite Sephora promoting such gifts on social media.
It’s surprising and disappointing that even with brands like Hermès offering a variety of perfumes and lipsticks, Sephora didn’t include anything extra for such a high-value order. Instagram is full of videos showing generous gifts, like lipsticks with smaller purchases, but this wasn’t the case for me. Sephora, I urge you to treat loyal customers fairly and provide better value for premium orders.
