Hepsijet Failed to Deliver My Refrigerator Properly

I scheduled a delivery with Hepsiburada for my new refrigerator, which I bought to replace my broken one. The appointment was set for Tuesday, so I took a day off work and waited for Hepsijet to arrive. When they finally came in the evening, the delivery person said they wouldn’t carry the refrigerator to the 6th floor, claiming that since it’s a terrace apartment, it required crane service. When I asked what they would have done if it were on the 5th floor, I got no answer. I sent the message they requested about “crane delivery,” arranged another appointment for Saturday, and waited again—no one showed up, no one called. The call center was of no real help either; they only gave empty responses like, “You can call back if the team doesn’t arrive.” The following Tuesday, I called again and got the same meaningless support. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they told me, “It’ll be refunded if you don’t accept delivery.” Later that day, a crane operator called, saying he’d been assigned to deliver my fridge. I rushed home again, taking time off work and traveling for over an hour. After 10 days without a fridge, they finally placed it on my terrace—but still inside the box, and it didn’t fit through the terrace door. It stayed outside for five more days until the Bosch service technician arrived, and thanks to his kindness and effort, we managed to bring it inside together. I truly appreciate his help. As for Hepsiburada and Hepsijet, they turned what should have been a simple delivery into a comedy of errors. I’ve never had such issues ordering from Amazon, but this experience reminded me why I should stay away from Hepsiburada.
