My Order Was Not Delivered After a Week of Delays by Hepsijet
My order was scheduled to be delivered by Hepsijet. They’ve been stringing me along for a full week. When I received a message saying the package would be delivered on June 10, 2025, I rescheduled it for the next day (June 11) to make sure I’d be home and wouldn’t miss it. That Wednesday, I got a notification that the package was out for delivery. I stayed home all day—didn’t even step out for groceries—yet the package didn’t arrive. They had said it would be delivered by 9 PM, and of course, when 9 came, nothing had arrived. When I contacted them the next day, they told me, with a smile, that I wasn’t home. They then said, “We’ll deliver it as soon as possible” (June 14). On Saturday, I got a call from a number asking me to share my address privately. I did, only to find out the package had been sent to the wrong address. A new transfer process was started. I was told it would arrive today (June 18), but when I followed up, they said the return process had already been initiated. Until now, I hadn’t filed a complaint—but this has crossed the line into outright mockery.
