Hepsijet Did Not Deliver My Cargo

Hepsijet, the company responsible for delivering my products, arrived on 08.04.2024 but only brought the indoor unit of the air conditioner, which consists of both indoor and outdoor units, on 10.06.2024. As a result, the delivery was not accepted, and a complaint was filed against both Hepsijet and Hepsiburada companies. Later, a customer representative from Hepsiburada informed me that I would receive the indoor unit first and the outdoor unit would follow. On 12.06.2024, the Hepsijet cargo officer noted the delivery of the indoor unit on the delivery report. Since then, despite hundreds of phone calls, numerous complaints, and emails to both companies, the outdoor unit has still not been delivered.
During discussions with Hepsijet, they claim the outdoor unit is waiting at the Anatolian transfer center and will be dispatched immediately. In meetings with Hepsiburada officials, assurances are made that the outdoor unit will be delivered promptly after each complaint is reviewed. When contacting the seller, Kaira company, they insist that the products have been fully delivered.
I want to reiterate: you have not delivered the outdoor unit. This product was purchased and paid for in full, without any promotions or discounts, specifically for use during the summer. Due to the incomplete delivery on 10.06.2024, the product could not be installed, and the service appointment had to be canceled. For approximately 25 days, you have promised daily to deliver it the next day. You are responsible for the delay and the inconvenience I have endured. I hope this matter will be thoroughly reviewed by the appropriate authorities, and appropriate actions will be taken. Consumers should not be victimized in this manner. Records have also been submitted through other channels for necessary actions. Please deliver the product promptly, complete the installation, and compensate us for the trouble we have faced.
