Zynga Inc. Helppay Charged Me ₺50 Daily Without My Consent Since May 17
Since May 17, daily charges of ₺50 have been withdrawn from my account by a platform called Helppay, linked to Zynga Inc.—a site I had never even heard of until now. I have never given any permission for these transactions, nor have I subscribed to any service that justifies these daily deductions. These withdrawals are being made without my knowledge or approval, and I only became aware after reviewing my bank statements.
This is completely unacceptable. Every single day, ₺50 is taken from my account without authorization, which adds up quickly and unfairly. I demand a full refund of all the money that has been withdrawn.
If the refund is not processed immediately, I will initiate legal proceedings and report this unauthorized activity to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Stop taking my money and return what was wrongfully charged.
