Helppay Took ₺51.66 Without My Consent on June 3, 2025 and I Want a Refund
On June 3, 2025, an amount of ₺51.66 was withdrawn from my account by Helppay without my knowledge or consent. I never set up any automatic payment instructions, and I did not approve this transaction in any way. This payment was processed entirely without my awareness, and it’s unacceptable that such unauthorized charges are being made.
I demand a full refund of the ₺51.66 that was wrongfully taken. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the situation and report it to every relevant authority, including CİMER. I will also share this experience on other platforms to warn others.
This kind of reckless handling of users’ financial data and permissions must stop immediately. I expect a prompt and complete resolution.
