Helppay Charged ₺400 Without My Consent Despite My Annual Payment Being Complete

I woke up this morning to find that Helppay had withdrawn ₺400 from my account without my consent. I never authorized this payment, and I’m shocked to see money being taken from me like this—especially after I had already completed my annual payment for the service.
