Helppay Charges ₺50 Monthly Without My Consent From My Card Ending in 6010

Every month, Helppay has been deducting ₺50 from my credit card ending in 6010 without my knowledge or approval. I have never subscribed to any service associated with Helppay, and I have no idea why these charges are happening. I don’t use any apps or memberships that should be triggering this recurring payment. Yet, the money keeps getting withdrawn every month as if I agreed to it—which I absolutely did not.

This is unauthorized, unfair, and completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate stop to these withdrawals and a full refund of the amounts already taken from my account. You cannot continue charging people like this without consent.

I expect this issue to be resolved urgently. If not, I will take formal action and report it to the necessary authorities. Stop taking my money without permission.
