Nearly ₺1,000 was withdrawn from my bank card without my knowledge under the description “Google *TikTok live g.co/helppay#GB.” I never subscribed to any TikTok-related service, and I have absolutely no connection to TikTok whatsoever. I don’t even use the platform. This charge is completely unauthorized and unjustified.
There was no warning, no receipt, and no explanation for what this payment was for. I was simply charged without consent, and I find this behavior unacceptable. I feel taken advantage of for something I didn’t request or use.
I expect both Google and my bank to take immediate responsibility for this issue. I demand a full refund of the nearly ₺1,000 charged to my card. If this isn’t resolved right away, I will escalate the matter through every possible legal and consumer protection channel. This needs to be fixed now.
