Google Play Helppay Took ₺60 Without My Permission and I Want a Full Refund

Google Play, through Helppay, has withdrawn ₺60 from my account without my consent. I never authorized this payment, never subscribed to any service, and have absolutely no idea what this charge is even for. There was no warning, no notification, no explanation—just money taken from my account without permission.

This is unacceptable. I didn’t agree to any purchase or subscription, and yet I was still charged. I’ve already filed complaints with the necessary authorities and will continue to do so until this is resolved. I’m sure there are many other people facing the same issue and feeling just as frustrated and powerless.

I demand an immediate refund of the ₺60 that was taken from my account. Google and Helppay must take accountability and stop charging users without authorization.
