On June 7, 2025, Google withdrew ₺409.99 from my credit card under the label “g.co/helppay/GB” without my approval or any prior notice. I did not authorize this transaction, and I have no idea which app, service, or subscription it is linked to. There was no email confirmation, no SMS alert—nothing to inform me of what this charge was for. I only found out after reviewing my card statement.
I’m extremely frustrated and concerned about how easily such a charge could be made without my knowledge. I never knowingly subscribed to anything that would cost this amount.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the ₺409.99 and urge Google to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Please stop withdrawing money from my account without consent.
