Hellcase Wrongfully Banned My Only Account Without Any Valid Explanation

Hellcase permanently banned my account for no valid reason, and I am extremely frustrated. I reached out to customer support, and all they told me was that the system banned my account automatically. When I asked for further details or assistance, they simply responded, “We can’t unban it,” offering no real explanation or support.
They claim I have multiple accounts, but I only have one—linked to a single Steam profile. I have never opened or used another account. This ban was issued without proper investigation or proof, and they’re refusing to reverse it. I’ve now lost access to everything on my account for no fault of my own.
Customer service won’t follow up or take responsibility. They keep repeating that the system banned me and that nothing can be done. It’s completely unacceptable to treat loyal users like this without giving them a chance to defend themselves or clarify the situation. I demand that Hellcase reactivates my account immediately and stops ignoring user concerns. I won’t let this go unanswered.
