I Got Banned from Hellcase After Browsing Items — I Want My Account Reinstated

I was suddenly banned from Hellcase without any valid reason, and I’m asking for urgent help to resolve this issue. While browsing the site, I was checking item prices, starting from the highest to the lowest. I jumped to the last page of the inventory and then quickly clicked through several pages toward the front — basically browsing fast, but not doing anything inappropriate.

Right after that, I received a ban notification, and now I can’t access my account at all. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I’ve invested time and money into this platform. I didn’t violate any rules or engage in suspicious activity — just normal user behavior.

Hellcase, please review the ban and reactivate my account. I want to continue using the platform fairly, and I deserve a proper explanation and resolution.
