On September 29, 2024, around 3:29 PM, a charge of $80.15 (approximately ₺) was withdrawn from my bank card by Hellcase without my authorization. This deduction occurred while I was performing a simple PTT Vehicle Mileage (KM) Inquiry. I have never made any purchases from Hellcase, nor have I had any interaction or financial transaction with them.
It is completely unacceptable that such a large sum of money was taken from my account without my knowledge or consent—especially during a time of financial hardship. I demand that this unauthorized transaction be investigated immediately and that my money be refunded without delay.
If my funds are not returned promptly, I will not hesitate to file formal complaints and take legal action. I expect Hellcase and the involved payment processors to take responsibility and issue a full refund immediately. No one should have to chase down money that was wrongly taken.
