Hellcase unfairly banned my account for no legitimate reason. The supposed justification? Something to do with my username, which makes no sense. I didn’t cheat, exploit, or break any rules. All I did was claim the daily free rewards like every other user. Apparently, that alone was enough for them to suspend me for years under the vague tag of “auto banmultiaç.”
What bothers me the most is that there was no warning, no proper explanation, and certainly no option to appeal. It feels like they’re just banning people randomly or based on an algorithm that punishes innocent users. And now, my access to the platform is completely blocked.
