Hellcase Unable to Deliver AWP Neo-Noir StatTrak Item After Payment

I deposited 20 USD on Hellcase using my credit card and opened cases, after which I attempted to withdraw an AWP Neo-Noir StatTrak (Minimal Wear) item. However, for the past two days, the system has continuously redirected me to exchange the item with another one on the marketplace and has been unable to supply the item I want. I have experienced similar issues with other items in the past, and when I contacted customer service, I was only told that I needed to “wait for the supply period.” This response did not resolve the issue, and my hardship has continued. I have previously completed successful withdrawals on Hellcase, but now I am encountering the same problem at all hours of the day. I am requesting that my item be delivered to me as soon as possible.
