Hellcase Skin Cannot Be Withdrawn Despite Showing Full Value

I deposited 10 USD on Hellcase and opened cases, ultimately obtaining items with a total value of 27 USD. However, when I tried to send the M4A4 Hellish (Battle-Scarred) skin, which is valued at 21.55 USD, to my account, I noticed that unlike my other skins, there was no “send” or “sell” option available. The only option shown is “exchange,” and I am unable to perform any other action. I do not receive any error message. I first encountered this issue approximately 10 minutes ago, and it has not been resolved since. There has been no change or movement in my account balance. I was able to transfer all of my other skins to my account without any issues; this problem is occurring only with this specific skin. I could not find a solution through live support or the support section. I am requesting that my M4A4 Hellish (Battle-Scarred) skin be transferred to my account.
