Hellcase Blocks Steam Skin Withdrawal and Shows Account Error

I attempted to withdraw skins from Hellcase using my Steam account, but the system did not allow the transaction and displayed an error message saying, “There seems to be an issue with your account, please contact the support team.” I first encountered this problem about two hours ago, and despite trying several times since then, I continue to receive the same warning. I currently have a balance in my account and have already paid for the transaction. I contacted the Hellcase support team, but I have not received any response yet. I was previously able to complete this process without any issues. I am requesting that the hardship I am experiencing be resolved and that my items be returned to me. I respectfully ask that my issue be addressed as soon as possible.
