On December 22, 2025, I carried out multiple transactions on Hellcase, spending approximately 20 USD in total. In the 6 USD case battles, I consistently received returns worth around 1 USD, and in the 3 USD cases, the values were mostly around 20 cents. Despite trying different options, the system repeatedly produced very low returns in a similar pattern. Because this setup appears to work entirely against the user, I no longer see any logic in continuing to invest money on the platform, and I honestly feel disadvantaged. Although I did not contact live support, based on these results I believe the system is not operating fairly. I am requesting that the Hellcase system be reviewed independently and transparently, and that if there are any unfair practices or imbalanced odds, they be identified and clearly disclosed to users.
