Heifer Steam Mop Heats Up but Fails to Produce Steam

I purchased a Heifer steam mop, but despite heating up, it no longer produces steam. This issue occurred even though I haven’t used it extensively. After researching, I noticed that many others have experienced similar problems, making it seem like a recurring issue with this product.

I find it unacceptable for a steam mop to malfunction so quickly, especially when it’s not frequently used. If repair is possible, I would like the company to contact me promptly to resolve this issue. I expect Heifer to take responsibility for the product's quality and provide a solution as soon as possible. Please address this complaint urgently and restore my trust in your brand.
