Head & Shoulders Shampoo Linked to Scalp Pimples, Tinnitus, and Vertigo Symptoms

For a long time, during the periods when I was using different Head & Shoulders shampoos, I started experiencing pimples/breakouts on my scalp, ringing in my ears, and vertigo (dizziness). These symptoms showed up about a week after I started using the product regularly, a few times a week.
Because of these symptoms, I went to see a doctor, but at the time I wasn't completely sure the shampoo was the cause. Later on, I stopped using Head & Shoulders entirely, and after taking about a two-year break, I noticed my symptoms cleared up. Over the past 10 days, I started using Head & Shoulders again, and the same vertigo symptoms came right back. Since my symptoms start up every time I use the product and go away when I stop, I now strongly suspect this is connected to the shampoo. I had purchased the product from a grocery store.
In addition, when I did some research, I found that many other people using the same shampoo have reported similar complaints. I'm requesting that users be made aware of these kinds of side effects that could affect people's health, that clearer and more transparent information be provided about the ingredients and possible side effects, and that the necessary investigations be carried out into this matter.
