Unexpected Delay in HDI Insurance's Processing of Collision Claims!

My car got hit from behind on December 14, 2023, while I was driving and my auto insurance covered the damages. I submitted a claim to HDI Insurance on the same day, including the file number 20230158320. It's been three whole weeks and there hasn't been any progress made on my vehicle. After reaching out to the insurance company about my concerns regarding the replacement vehicle, they assured me that they would provide a response. Unfortunately, there hasn't been any further communication so far.
