HDI Insurance - Car Repair Delay

A new file with the number 2023010** has been opened. The expert from Gulperi Insurance has determined that the file has been labeled as 'Speed Excluded' since August 16, 2023. My car has been sitting at the service center contracted by HDI Insurance for three months. The car hasn't been fixed or delivered yet. Even though they have been talking, getting approvals, and all that, they still haven't come to a decision. Sorry, but the service can't fix your car because some parts are missing. The appraiser hasn't given their approval for the materials. If this doesn't get resolved, I'll have to take legal action to protect my rights.
