I experienced a traffic accident on December 31st, 2023, and I initiated a claim with Mapfre Insurance on January 3rd, 2024. It's been almost a month and there has been no progress in resolving the issue with my vehicle. It's still stuck at the service center. I have been unable to reach out to Mapfre Insurance or the appraiser, which has left me feeling like a victim of the accident and mistreated by the insurance company.
