Havaist Ticket Expired Without Warning – Requesting Refund for Extra Charges

On September 10, 2024, at 5:45 AM, I boarded the Havaist vehicle in Silivri Selimpaşa and scanned my ticket code, only to be informed it had expired because more than 72 hours had passed. I was never informed about this expiration policy when purchasing the tickets. Since I was traveling with someone else, I had to buy two additional tickets, which is completely unfair. I’m requesting a refund for the extra two tickets I had to purchase. This policy should have been made clear upfront, and it’s frustrating to have to pay extra due to missing information. I expect Havaist to resolve this and refund the money I overpaid.
