Havaist Balance Reset and Refund Request
Havaist has reset my balance and is not refunding my money! In June, I was informed that I could not use the substantial balance in my Havaist wallet and that I should email them to request a refund. Initially, I received responses on June 26 and then on July 11, stating that the payment would be processed within 2-15 days. On July 11, I was informed that the payment had definitely been processed.
Despite the payment being due over 15 days ago, I still have not received it! I requested a receipt, but they did not send it. I have not received any responses to my emails or complaint notifications. I did receive a response regarding a different issue, but they are not addressing this matter.
Withholding someone else's property or money is theft! I want my money back.
