If your Happn location is wrong and shows another area;
Check your phone location settings first;
• Go to Phone Settings → Location
• Make sure:
– Location is ON
– GPS accuracy is set to “High accuracy”
– Happn has permission set to “Allow all the time” (or “While using”)
• Turn Location OFF and ON again
Disable VPN or mock location apps;
• Turn off any VPN
• Disable fake GPS or mock location apps
• Restart your phone
Check app permissions;
• Settings → Apps → Happn → Permissions
• Ensure:
– Location is enabled
– Background location access is allowed
Update the app;
• Go to App Store / Google Play
• Install latest Happn version
• Restart the app
Force refresh location;
• Move to an open outdoor area
• Turn airplane mode ON for 30 seconds
• Turn it OFF and reopen Happn
Reinstall the app if needed;
• Delete Happn
• Restart device
• Reinstall from official store
• Log in again
Contact Happn Support if issue continues;
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Screenshot of wrong location
– Device model
– OS version
• Ask them to refresh or reset your location data
If unresolved or affecting your matches significantly, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
