I Got Banned from Happn After Just 2 Hours and Don’t Know Why

I downloaded the Happn app and was only able to use it for two hours before my account was suddenly banned. I have no idea why this happened. I’m completely new to the platform and haven’t violated any rules or engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I didn’t even have time to fully explore the app or understand how it works. I reached out in hopes of getting assistance, but I haven’t received a proper explanation or support. I’m kindly asking the Happn team to review my account and lift the ban so I can continue using the service. Please help resolve this issue quickly—I believe this was a mistake.
