Happn Tried to Bill Me Again During Active Plan — Subscription Cut Off Without Reason
I paid $14 USD for a three-month Happn subscription through my iPhone 12. The payment was successfully charged to my credit card, and I have the receipt. However, even though my subscription period was still active, the app tried to charge my card again. For security reasons, I disabled online transactions on my card. After that, Happn terminated my subscription.
I’ve been dealing with this issue for about a month, and despite contacting customer service, I haven’t received any response. Since my subscription was unfairly canceled and I did not receive the service I paid for, I am requesting a refund of the $14 USD I paid.
I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
