I Requested a Refund from Happn But My Payment Still Hasn’t Been Returned
I recently made a purchase on the Happn app but quickly realized I wasn’t satisfied with the service. Within just one hour, I submitted a refund request through the appropriate channels. Despite acting promptly, my request was denied, and my payment was never refunded. The “Restore Purchases” feature inside the app doesn’t work either, leaving me stuck with a purchase I no longer want.
I believe I have the right to change my mind as a consumer, especially within such a short timeframe. There’s no clear policy within the app stating that refunds are not allowed, and denying my request feels unjustified.
I’m asking Happn to return the amount I paid without further delay. Denying refunds for digital services that haven’t been used meaningfully is not acceptable. Please take this request seriously and resolve it fairly. I expect a full refund and confirmation of the transaction reversal.
