In Iran the game is filtered and access is already very difficult for us, but despite all these difficulties we still support and play Free Fire. Instead of supporting us, these conditions seem to be used as an excuse to ban players from Iran, and there is no proper in‑game support option available for banned players to submit a report or objection. Because of this situation I feel that Garena does not give any importance to players from Iran or to our language, and I cannot even communicate my problem through official support channels. I am asking Garena to provide local support for Iran, with a clear and accessible way for Iranian players to appeal bans and solve problems in our own language.
