Unable to Use Gymfactory Membership at Alanya Branch
Hello, my name is G**** M**** N********. On May 5, 2024, I signed up for a 12+2 month membership at your Konyaaltı branch for ₺10,800. When I joined, I specifically asked sales consultant C** Bey if I could use your Alanya branch, as I often travel there for work. He confirmed that I could. However, on May 13, 2024, when I visited the Alanya branch, I was told that I couldn’t use the facility because it operates under a different company. I live in Lara, and the Gymfactory branch is 19 km from my home. I signed up specifically to use the Alanya location; otherwise, I would have chosen a gym closer to home. Despite requesting a refund via email and through the sales consultant, I haven’t received a response. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect my ₺10,800 refund promptly.
