About Canceled FedEx Transaction Fee Refund

As you have not refunded the fee for the canceled service, I would like to emphasize that I will not use your service for my following shipments. During that refund waiting period, I have already used DHL company twice. I am still waiting for your interest in the issue as well as the refund as soon as possible. My transaction at Istanbul Dudullu Şerifali Branch was canceled on 27.12.2023. I requested a refund of the 1,895.00 TL I paid to your cancellation company. Additionally, an e-mail was sent to the accounting department of the store representative, but the information sent to your company was not returned. It has not been returned for about 14 days. I am also sending the bank receipt along with this e-mail. My bank account information is listed below.
