On January 10, 2024, an annual membership fee totaling ₺553.88 was charged to my İş Bankası Maximum card ending in 1323,... consisting of ₺527.50 and ₺26.38. I request the unconditional cancellation and refund of this fee, based on the following legal provisions: The Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 65
