On October 5th, 2024, we visited the Guess store, and the male staff members were friendly and polite. One of the female staff members with glasses was also kind and cheerful. However, another female staff member, who had blonde hair and was dressed differently, behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner. My daughter, who is 2 years old, started crying while my wife was trying on a dress. To calm her down, my wife picked her up, and my daughter accidentally had an accident. A male staff member came over, and my wife explained the situation. Even though the dress didn’t fit, she said we would buy it because of the situation. He kindly explained the situation and even asked for wet wipes to clean up part of the mess on the floor. When he said, "We’ll take care of it, please don’t worry," my wife stepped aside. Accidents happen. Despite the dress not fitting her, my wife was ready to buy it due to the situation, but the male staff member kindly insisted, "We’ll handle it."
However, the other female staff member, who wore a cream-colored floral dress, was both rude and disrespectful. I hope her employment at the store ends soon. Even after being informed of the situation, her response was, "We need to call security," as if she hadn’t heard what had happened. This issue has been reported to the company's lawyers, and they are reviewing the legal grounds. If there is any legal action to be taken, it will be done against the staff member, and the appropriate authorities will be notified. If she had simply said, "Due to the incident with the product, you need to purchase it," we would have agreed. We had already said we were willing to buy it. The disrespect she showed over a ₺4500 dress will certainly have consequences.
